Designed for the 3D artist and leading visualization teams, this topnotch raytracing technology allows immediate interaction between the user and the virtual environment. V-Ray RT follows the user’s actions while working on the scene and automatically and progressively generates a photorealistic preview of the scene. Designed to improve and fasten the artist’s work on the Texturing and Lightening stage.
Product Requirements:
V-Ray for 3ds Max 1.50.SP3 or later required to use this product. Your existing V-Ray dongle can be reprogrammed to contain the extra V-Ray RT licenses, or a separate dongle for V-Ray RT can be obtained for a fee.

Technical Specifications
|
The technology is based on a highly optimized raytracing core and is capable of generating fully raytraced images with global illumination at the fraction of the time required for normal rendering. At the same time, all the complexity of V-Ray materials and lights is supported for an accurate preview of the final rendering.
V-Ray RT is aimed at reducing the times for generating final images by optimizing the process of fine-tuning scene lighting and materials. To achieve this, the system follows the user's actions and continually updates a preview of the final rendering. Distributed rendering is also supported so that multiple render servers can be utilized to increase the interactive performance.
