The ACM ID is located on the Licenses tab of your ACM. To open the ACM select Start then click on Programs followed by ArchVision then ArchVision Content Manager and finally ArchVision Content Manager.

Tip: If the ACM is running, it can be accessed by double clicking on the icon in the system tray, or by right clicking it and selecting Open.

Step 2: Select the ACM ID

Select the Licenses tab and then double click on the ACM ID to select it.

Step 3: Copy the ACM ID

With the ACM ID selected, right click and copy this text.

Step 4: Paste the ACM ID

To paste the ACM ID into the ACM ID field, simply right click and then choose paste.

Step 5: Select Continue to Proceed

Click on Continue to assign the order to the ACM ID specified and continue with the order process.
